1.Initial Booking can be made by
email or telephone
2. Booking will not be confirmed until completed booking form with a deposit of $150.00 per week is received.
3. Balance of rental charge must be paid 8 weeks prior to your stay
4. Security Deposit of $300.00 is required on arrival in Florida. The security deposit will be refunded to you following confirmation from our property management company that the house has been left in a satisfactory condition after your stay.
5.No Smoking or pets permitted in the house
6. 10 is the maximum number permitted in the villas & can only be persons as indicated at time of booking
7. Force Majeure/God:The owners of the properties /servants/agents will not be liable for loss or delay occasioned by any of the following: strikes,riots,political unrest, war or threat of, terrorist activity Hurricanes or any other event beyond the owners control
